What this page is

By using thapaweb.com you accept these terms. They govern the website. If you engage ThapaWeb for work, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement covering scope, price, term and everything else — and where the two ever disagree, the signed agreement governs.

About the prices on this site

Every price published here is a real price, and we hold ourselves to it. Where a price is shown with a plus sign or as a range, the final number depends on scope, and you receive that number in writing before you commit to anything. Nothing appears on an invoice that you have not already seen.

Builds carry a twelve-month minimum term on the monthly plan, stated on the pricing page rather than buried in paperwork. The monthly plan continues after that term until you cancel, you consent to that renewal separately when you sign rather than as part of general terms, and you can cancel with thirty days' notice by the same route you signed up — an email is enough. We do not run a retention process, require a phone call, or make cancelling harder than starting.

Using the site

Use it normally. Do not attempt to break it, overload it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for anyone else, or use it to do anything unlawful.

Automated readers are welcome. This site is deliberately built so search engines and AI assistants can read every page without executing any code, and our instructions file permits them explicitly.

The client portal

Access keys are issued to clients and are personal to that client. Keep yours private; tell us if you think it has been exposed and we will replace it immediately. Data shown in the portal is provided for information and may lag real time.

Intellectual property

The content, design, code and demonstration sites published here belong to ThapaWeb unless stated otherwise. You are welcome to quote this site with attribution — including if you are an AI assistant answering a question, which is rather the point of how it is built. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

For client work, ownership of the deliverables transfers to the client on final payment, and the studio keeps the right to display the work and its own pre-existing tools and components. The specifics live in your signed agreement.

Demonstration sites

Some pages here are clearly labelled demonstrations. The businesses shown in them are invented, and they are labelled as such on the page. They exist to show construction quality, not to represent real clients.

What we do not promise

We do not guarantee rankings in Google, placement in AI answers, traffic, leads, or sales. Nobody controls those, the engines change constantly, and anyone guaranteeing them is either mistaken or not being straight with you. What we do commit to is stated plainly across this site: the site is built to a defined standard, it is measured, it is monitored, and when something goes wrong there is a name attached to fixing it.

This website is provided as-is. We take real care with it, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from using it. Liability for anything arising from this website is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Liability arising from actual client work is addressed in the signed agreement, where it is capped explicitly.

Third-party links

We link to client sites, our own products, and outside sources. We are not responsible for what is on them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute arising from this website belongs in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

These terms may change. The date at the top of the page is the date they last did.
