Services

Everything a modern site needs. Nothing it doesn't.

Five service lines, each with a clear scope and a clear price. If something isn't listed here, it's because it can't be done at the standard this studio guarantees — and I'd rather tell you that than sell it to you.

01 — Website builds

New sites, built in days.

Every build is designed and written from nothing, for you — no theme, no page-builder template, and no list of features you're not allowed to have. Low setup fee, monthly plan, 12-month minimum term, then you're free to leave whenever you like. The monthly plan covers your hosting and your domain name, and it's what keeps the site secure, patched and monitored — websites decay without it.

Something specific in mind?

If you've pictured a feature that isn't on this page, describe it. We'll build it — or tell you why we wouldn't.

A booking flow that works the way your business actually works. A calculator, a portal, a members' area, an integration with the system you already run. Tell us what it needs to do, in plain words — you'll get a straight answer on whether it's buildable, what it involves, and an exact total in writing, usually within one business day. If it can't be done well at a price that makes sense, you'll hear that instead of a quote.

02 — What's actually inside a build

Ten programs. Every one of them is work.

Anyone can produce a website now. What decides whether it works is everything that has to be true afterwards — and almost all of it is invisible from the front end. Here is the full list, in plain English, so you can judge it rather than take our word for it.

Machine Access

Search engines and AI assistants can open every page of your site and read all of it.

Your site answers on one address instead of four. The instructions at your site's front door are written to welcome the AI crawlers by name — GPTBot and OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot, ClaudeBot, Google-Extended, Bingbot, Applebot and Amazonbot — instead of quietly turning them away, which is the default on a surprising number of hosts and security services. Then we test that they actually receive the full page, because a blocked crawler looks identical to a working site from the front end. And crucially, the assistants do not all read the same index: Google's AI answers run on Google, ChatGPT and Copilot lean on Bing, Claude searches through Brave, and Perplexity runs its own crawler entirely. Being in one is not being in all four — so we file your site with every surface that accepts a submission, and prove crawler access for the ones that don't.

Page Craft

Every page is written and titled so it's obvious — to a person and to a machine — what it's for.

One clear subject per page, stated in the first sentence, in the words your customers actually use. Titles and search snippets written per page to earn the click. Headings ordered like a real document and phrased as the questions people genuinely ask. Every image named and described properly. Clean, readable addresses. Zero broken links at launch, and we keep checking.

The Answer Layer

Your pages are built so an AI assistant can lift a passage straight out and quote it as the answer.

Every important page opens by answering its own question completely, in plain language, before anything else — most business sites open with a slogan, and a slogan cannot be quoted. Sections are written to stand alone, because AI assistants retrieve passages, not pages. Real numbers, real prices, real timeframes. And coverage of the follow-up questions, not just the headline one: cost, how long, what could go wrong, what's the alternative.

Machine Fact Sheet

Your business facts, written once, in the format machines read — and never contradicting the page.

What you are, where you are, when you're open, what you charge, who founded it, and every profile that proves you exist — recorded in a structured record attached to your site and linked together, so a machine reads one business rather than a pile of unrelated facts. We only ever assert facts your site really states. And we verify it in the page that actually ships, because one stray comma silently deletes the whole record while the page still looks perfect.

Speed & Feel

Fast on a phone, correct on a tablet, usable by everyone, and it doesn't jump around while it loads.

Designed at phone size first and widened from there. Tablet checked as its own thing, portrait and landscape — tablet is where responsive designs usually break. Sub-second first load is the target, measured before launch. Nothing shifts under your thumb mid-load. Buttons big enough to hit, text big enough to read. And a real accessibility baseline: contrast, labelled forms, visible keyboard focus, proper structure. We build to WCAG 2.2 AA.

Map Presence

When someone nearby searches for what you do, you're on the map — with the right hours, photos and reviews.

Your Google Business Profile built out completely: every category, every service with a description and price, hours including holidays, service area, booking link. Most profiles are 40% filled; filled is the lever. You own the profile — we're added as a manager, never as the owner. Your name, address and phone made character-for-character identical everywhere, because one inconsistent suite number splits your business in two.

Proof Beyond Your Website

AI assistants trust what other sites say about you far more than what your own site says.

We find what the assistants currently cite when someone asks for a business like yours in your area — the actual listicles, directories and threads — and get you into exactly those. Your credentials, licences and real team published where they can be checked. What we won't do: bought links, link packages, mass directory blasting. The 2026 spam updates made those a liability we'd be handing you.

The Scoreboard

Not just how many people visited — how many of them tried to reach you, and what sent them.

Visitor count is the least useful thing analytics can tell you. Yours counts what matters: form submissions, tapped phone numbers, booking clicks, map taps — each one attributed to the page and the source that produced it, so “the blog brought eleven enquiries” becomes a sentence you can actually say. Traffic from ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot is named individually rather than dumped into “referral”. Your speed is measured on real visitors’ phones rather than a lab score. All of it cookieless, which is why your site needs no consent banner interrupting people before they have read a word. One private portal, one weekly plain-English email — not a PDF of charts.

Name Ownership

When someone asks an AI what your business is, it describes you — not a bigger company with a similar name.

We ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Claude what your business is, and write down the answer word for word. That's your starting score. If they're wrong, there's almost always a specific, larger business absorbing your name. Your site is then made to state — explicitly, in machine-readable form — what you are, where, since when, and run by whom. Machines don't infer this. It has to be written down. Then we ask again, every month.

Locked Down

The attacks, the spam, the bots and the break-in attempts are handled before they reach you.

Invisible spam protection on your forms — no CAPTCHA wall making customers prove they're human. A firewall filtering the automated attack traffic that hits every site on the internet continuously. Denial-of-service protection. Login protection. Bad bots blocked while the good AI crawlers stay explicitly welcome — that balance is the one almost everyone gets wrong, and getting it wrong makes you invisible to ChatGPT without a single visible symptom. Plus security headers, forced encryption, email authentication so nobody can send mail as you, and daily backups with a restore we've actually tested.

03 — Audits & fixes

Already have a site? Find out what's costing you.

Broken links, slow pages, missing schema, content AI engines can't read — most sites have all four. Audits diagnose. Fixes are a separate, clearly-priced step, so you're never paying for work you didn't approve.

04 — Monthly plans

Sites decay. These plans stop that.

Stackable — take one, or combine them for 10% off the total. Build clients already have Care included in their tier.

05 — Add-ons

Two things worth adding. A few I won't sell you.

Local SEO / Google Business Profile

$299 SETUP · $79/MO OPTIONAL

  • Profile fully built out: categories, services, photos, hours
  • Name/address/phone made consistent across directories
  • Optional monthly: posts, review responses, updates

Page copywriting

$150–$400 /PAGE

  • AI-drafted, human-edited — and I'll tell you that upfront
  • Structured so both people and AI engines can read it
  • Priced by page complexity, quoted before work starts
What I don't sell

No link-building packages, no $1,500/month full-service SEO retainers, no "conversion rate optimization" programs. Done cheaply, those are done badly — and I'd rather keep a short list of services I can stand behind than a long list I can't.

Not sure which service fits?

Describe your situation in the quote form and I'll tell you what I'd actually do — including 'nothing yet' if that's the honest answer.
